A fantastic start to the weekend! An hour of abs work, split into sections.
We start with a HITT component followed by an abs exercise section lasting 15 minutes. Our second section is abs and weights with light/medium weights, lasting 15 minutes.
Our third section is using body weight and/or a Pilates core ball.
Our final section is strength work for the abs - timed moves... You will love it!
